I've been participating in this event every year for more than 7 years. Before this event appeared in Kazakhstan, I went to similar events in Moscow and St. Petersburg every year. Communicating with the participants of the Russian commercial real estate market, I dreamed that in Kazakhstan, in our country, Almaty and Nursultan there would be the same platform, the same platform that will allow us, market professionals, to exchange experience and knowledge, make the market more transparent and professional, more mature and developed. I am very grateful to the organiser of this event, market participants, who take part in it for coming and sharing your amazing cases every year and giving us the joy of professional communication.

Excellent session, a lot of live conversations, excellent speakers' speeches. Today we discussed a lot of topics, unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to discuss everything, but we're all together and it's great that in the last two and a half years we met offline for the first time, thank you to the organisers for that. We discussed the topics of information transparency, talked about the topics of the latest trends within the shopping centre, world trends on environmental problems and environmental projects. Interesting topics, interesting speakers! Thank you all!

I have been supporting CREW events for many years, and I believe that this is very correct, and the only platform that allows us to discuss the development of the real estate market in Kazakhstan, in general, to hear and listen to interesting speakers, real estate experts, to understand the latest trends. Because of this, I am always happy to participate here, I am grateful to the organisers, personally Alia Serikpaeeva for always inviting. Today I was a speaker, it was important for me to convey information about the tools that are available today to support small and medium-sized businesses in Kazakhstan, that we finance, including the construction industry, the real estate market in Almaty. And of course, to talk about what's going on in our dilapidated housing. Therefore, I am always happy to participate in this site, I believe that today it is the most useful and correct platform for discussing issues of interest.

I am pleased to take part in Commercial Real Estate Week 2015. This platform offers opportunities for networking, new partnerships and good deals. Trump organisation is ready to work in Kazakhstan, but only with reliable partners!

I was glad to attend CREW ALMATY 2021 Indeed, a good event, a quality platform to meet market professionals. On behalf of Colliers, I presented trends in the real estate market Almaty and Nur-Sultan. I would like to thank the organizers of this forum, Aliya Serikpayeva and her team. This team creates the right atmosphere and high-quality sash. We, as specialists from Tashkent, study a lot at these forums, acquire new useful acquaintances. I hope that in the future, there will be even more events at the same high level. On the event CREW Almaty 2021, I want to note that today it turned out to be a very interesting intensive in terms of discussing the problems of market development, especially in the post-pandemic period, there were a lot of interesting acquaintances. It was very pleasant to listen to everyone, everything was interesting and very substantive things were discussed. We came to this forum in Almaty from Bishkek with our partner for the first time. A very rich forum, we noted very interesting cases for future work for ourselves.
